AGREEMENT NO. 0001 — DRAFTING
Write the agreement, put money on the line, and sign it with the other person. Whoever breaks it, loses. No arbiters. No chance.
No cost. No commitment. First ones in.

HOW IT WORKS
Define what you're promising, the amount at stake, and the deadline. Draft it in your own words.
Send the link. The other person accepts and puts in their share. The money is held.
When the deadline arrives, both confirm separately. If they agree, the money goes to whoever kept it.
THE RULES
Same promise format, three levels of commitment.
CLAUSE I
No money. Just your word and another person as witness.
CLAUSE II
Put money against yourself. If you succeed, you get it back.
CLAUSE III
Both put in the same amount. Whoever succeeds takes it all.
REAL CASES
Not just for going to the gym. For the things that are genuinely hard to keep.
COUPLE
We, and , promise to go out once a week without our phones, for one month.
WORK
I, , promise to deliver the sales report every Friday before 18:00, for 4 weeks.
FRIENDS
I, , promise to pay back the €150 you lent me, before end of month.
PERSONAL
I promise not to smoke for 30 days. If I fail, it goes to charity.
QUESTIONS
No. It's an agreement between two people with a financial penalty if either fails — the same structure that backs any contract with a breach clause. No chance, no house taking a cut: just your word and an amount you choose.
Both parties confirm separately when the deadline arrives. If they agree, it resolves automatically. If not, there's no winner: the money goes back to each person.
It never passes through our hands. It's held by an authorized payment processor and released automatically based on the agreement's outcome.
Any of the three. The format is the same: an agreement, an amount, a deadline. What changes is who you sign it with.
We're in the drafting phase — validating whether it's worth building. Leave your email and you'll be among the first to sign in when we open access.
